Statera Fitness is about providing individualized personal training sessions for people at all fitness levels, seeking a healthier and balanced way of living.

All training sessions consists of:  a comprehensive fitness assessment and individualized training plans that include resistance training, cardio, flexibility, and nutrition.  Clients receive one-on-one attention and support by a certified trainer.  For those clients who prefer the convenience of working out at home, I offer concierge/in home training sessions.

I also provide training sessions and plans for busy professionals who want to maintain their fitness level and healthy lifestyle while traveling for work.

I am an exercise enthusiast, avid runner, indoor cycling instructor and personal trainer. Going to the gym is a natural part of my daily routine. I’ve competed in 5Ks, marathons, half-marathons, and ultra-endurance races. Overall exercise helps me: start the day with a positive outlook; get a good night’s rest; better manage life stressors and challenges; and remain energetic throughout the day. As a licensed mental health clinician, I recommend exercise as a part of my clients' treatment plans because of the many positive benefits that exercise provides.

My journey into health and wellness began 30 years ago at the age of 15. I lacked energy, felt heavy, and just uncomfortable in my body. From that moment of insight, grew many years of learning and educating myself on healthy eating, fitness, and well-being. I had to define what a healthier lifestyle was for me. In 2014, I integrated 25 years of experience as a mental health professional with my passion for exercise & wellness and obtained my certification as a personal trainer.

My goal as a personal trainer is to help others find their "healthy". And what I hear from most people is the difficulty of finding time to exercise. That is why I established Statera Fitness in 2014. It is a personal training service that helps individuals find that elusive time to make their health and wellness a priority. Your Schedule. Your Location. Your Health.

One of my favorite quotes is, "Fit is not a destination, it is a way of life". My desire is to help others find a balanced way of living and reach their optimum fitness.
